The aim of the project is the research on the practical application of the spin electronic components in the microwave devices. Specifically we are working on the development of oscillators, detectors and diodes utilizing the spin of the electron rather than its charge.

The project started in January 2016 and will run until the end of 2019.

The project is realized in the Department of Electronics of AGH University of Science and Technology and is is supported by Polish National Center for Research and Development grant No. LIDER/467/L-6/14/NCBR/2015.
